What I do

I help charities and funders turn their ambitions into measurable change by developing practical Theories of Change and outcome frameworks that guide strategy, decision-making, and real-world impact.
Evaluation and Learning
I design and deliver evaluations that generate meaningful insights, build reflection and learning into everyday practice, and ensure findings are shared and used to strengthen future work.
Strategic Research
I conduct tailored, evidence-based research that helps organisations make informed strategic choices and understand the change to which they’re contributing.
How I do it
I take a practical, client-focused approach, selecting methods that align with the project’s goals and existing systems you already have. My experience in grants management, improving systems, and managing data helps me make this approach work in practice.
